Identify and solve technical issues within production shots, focusing on body mechanics, intersections, and curve cleaning in accordance with our quality standards
Ensure animation consistency, technical polish, apply basic corrections, and strict adherence to both artistic and quality check (QC) guidelines.
Collaborate closely with layout, animation, and QC teams to fix intersections, sliding, or rig-related issues before final export.
Review and refine animations based on feedback from supervisors, ensuring high-quality, "glitch-free" final outputs, turning every correction into a learning opportunity.
Ensure proper export, technical implementation, and functionality of animations within the production pipeline using the established ticketing system.
Medium-level knowledge regarding body mechanics and technical polishing.
Basic knowledge of acting and interpreting to maintain performance integrity during fixes.
Advanced knowledge of Maya software, and native animation/cleaning tools.
Understanding of the different animation styles and how to match them.
Knows and understands the 12 basic principles of animation.
Knows how to understand a storyboard and animatic.
Basic spoken and written English skills.
Knows and understands the animation pipeline and where the "fixing" stage sits.
Knows the values that the company is based on.
Knows the protocols and hierarchy of the department.
Knows how the animation and quality check departments work (Competences).
Mentality of growth, progress, and extreme attention to detail.
Positive attitude when facing technical difficulties or complex rig fixes.
Disposition and ability to respond quickly to production needs.
