Responsibilities:

  • Solve medium complexity actings but be able to resolve any action shot with complex body mechanics.

  • Ensure animation consistency, expressiveness, and adherence to artistic and technical guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with rigging, layout, FX, and QC teams to enhance animation integration into production.

  • Review and refine animations based on feedback from directors and supervisors, ensuring high-quality final outputs.

  • Ensure proper export, technical implementation, and functionality of animations within the production pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Complete mastery of body mechanic.

  • Medium knowledge regarding acting and interpreting.

  • Able to pinpoint the style of a project, and follow it for the animation.

  • Able to interpret an animation reference and apply it on the shot.

  • Aable to reuse the animation from other shots and adapt it to yours when necessary.

  • Able to create animation cycles for the library.

  • Able to perform a given task without going over the bid.

  • Basic notions regarding cinema language.

  • Previous experience in other productions.

  • Smooth usage of Maya for the animation environment.

  • Intermediate written and spoken English skills.

  • Knowledge of tricks and shortcuts in Maya.

  • Makes proper technical pitches for shots.

  • Adjust medium-difficulty camera settings.
