What You Will Do:
- Operational Execution: You take the roadmaps and budget guidelines set by the PM and ensure they are met on the floor. You are responsible for daily quotas and tracking.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the production workflow, ensuring tasks move efficiently between departments (Layout, Animation,QC, FX, Lighting, etc.).
- Technical Meeting Ownership: You will attend key reviews with Directors, PMs, and Supervisors. You will be responsible for capturingtechnical notes and requirements (understanding everything from topology to render passes) and ensuring they are translated into actionable tasks.
- Liaison with Supervisors: You act as the primary contact for Department Supervisors to resolve daily technical hurdles, ensuring that the artistic vision stays on schedule.
- Data & Tool Management: You supervise the PA team to ensure ShotGrid/Flow reflects the project's absolute truth. You will also manage documentation and support tickets inJira andConfluence.
What We Are Looking For?
- Production Grit: Proven experience in 3D animation/VFX coordination. You understand the "how" of a pipeline.
- Technical Literacy: You speak "Animation Language." Terms likerigging, sampling, lighting passes, ortopology are part of your daily vocabulary.
- Software Mastery: * AdvancedShotGrid/Flow (tracking).
- High proficiency in Jira (task management) and Confluence (documentation).
- Expert use of the Google Workspace ecosystem (it’s not just about email; it’s about Sheets, Chat, and Drive as production tools).
- Linux Environment: Prior experience inLinux is essential. You should be comfortable navigating folders and reading basic render/pipeline logs to identify issues before escalating them.
- Methodical Mindset: You are organized and assertive. You know how to take minutes that actually mean something to the artists.
- Leadership Ability: Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and provide constructive, clear solutions.
- Language Skills: Advanced English for international collaboration.
